Our IP

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Cortiv Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client IP

We respect your intellectual property rights. Any proprietary information, data, or materials you provide remain your property. We will only use such materials as necessary to provide our services and in accordance with our confidentiality agreements.

• Services are billed according to agreed-upon project terms or retainer agreements
• Payment terms are typically Net 30 unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in individual agreements
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments

In no event shall Cortiv Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we will provide any deliverables completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
